Audit is a regular part of our activity and its purpose is to improve standards, patient experience and outcomes. We undertake regular audits on a number of areas such as radiography, patient satisfaction and  waiting times for treatment.

Carrying out regular audits can have a positive impact on outcomes and our key focus is to ensure that patient experience is always the driver for carrying out improvements by examining care pathways and the patient journey in achieving better oral health.
