Security Code:  (e.g. 6A78B91CD)

YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED IF GROUPON CODE AND SECURITY CODES ARE MISSING OR MISTYPED. In the MESSAGE Box please indicate the GROUPON OFFER, i.e. BRACES OR LASER WHITENING, your preferred date and time and we will contact you to confirm the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment you must notify us by giving us 48 Hours Notice. Failure to do so or non attendance will incur a £50 rebooking fee.
