Restoring smiles in Puresmile Dental Care, London.

FILLINGS

We offer tooth coloured fillings and metal amalgam fillings at our practice. White fillings are offered in a choice of colours that can be closely matched to your own teeth and we can design the filling to match your own teeth in shape as well. White fillings also require a less invasive restoration when filling the hole left by decay. This means that less of your healthy tooth tissue would need to be removed with a white filling. Traditional amalgam metal fillings contain a mixture of silver, tin, copper and mercury making them strong, durable and ideal for the back teeth that are less visible.

Veneers

Veneers are very thin shells of tooth coloured material that are made to fit over the visible surface of your tooth. They provide an ideal way of treating discoloured, chipped or cracked teeth. Veneers are recognised for being a long lasting and natural looking way of improving the appearance of your smile.

Crowns

A crown is a protective cover fitted over an existing broken or damaged tooth, designed to restore function and appearance. It can either be made out of metal or can be made from tooth-coloured porcelain to match your natural teeth in their size, shape and colour.

Bridges

Bridges are a series of crowns that are joined together to cover or close a space left by the loss of a tooth or multiple teeth. They are ideal for spaces left by one or two missing teeth. Bridges can now be designed using minimally invasive techniques that allow you to have a space filled without causing unnecessary damage to any nearby teeth. There are different types of bridges available, depending on the type of space in your mouth.

Dentures

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are usually available – either complete (full) or partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, whilst partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain in the mouth. Dentures can be made out of acrylic (plastic) or can be made out of metal. It is now also possible to have dentures that are attached to implants so that they can be fixed in place whilst wearing them.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY
AVAILABLE

  • "Extremely happy with service. Polite, professional and friendly staff. Dentist was patient and explained everything to me very well. Made me feel at ease throughout my visit there. Definitely recommend this dentist. Everything new and shiny as well."
  • "Just got back from my treatment at the surgery and apart from being very numb, im extremely satisfied with the whole team. My dentist was very clam and gently with their work. Informing me of what they were doing as they worked in my teeth. Furthermore the treatment they have done feels good. The receptionist that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. One of the best dental surgeries I have been too."
  • "I had tried to have a tooth removed from another dentist but it was too painful and the dentist there seemed annoyed with me. So, it was a complete pleasure and surprise to be treated so well at this practice by the dentist. I was put at ease, it didn’t feel rushed and the dentist took great care to avoid any pain or distress. The tooth was safely removed. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended."
